Solvent “Fingerprinting” with GC/MS

Marijuana is a complex natural product with hundreds of compounds that can cause chromatographic interference in the analysis of residual solvents. Accurately quantifying solvents can prove to be challenging unless you have the right methodology and equipment. The answer is Gas Chromatography with Mass Spectrometry (GC/MS). Testing for residual solvents with GC/MS identifies the molecular “fingerprint” of each solvent and gives Agricor Laboratories the most defendable data in cannabis testing.

Turn-around Times

Our standard turn-around time for residual solvent analysis is 48 hours based on receiving the sample before 10:30am. We also offer expedited turn-around times per customer request.


Required Sample Size

The required sample size is dependent on the size of your harvest batch or production batch per 4-110 – Regulated Marijuana Testing Program: Sampling Procedures.
