On September 28th, 2017, the Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) and the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) informed all Colorado Medical Marijuana Testing facilities that potency testing for Medical Marijuana infused-products and concentrates will start November 1st.
